Maintenance Audits

Maintenance audits enable our engineers to devise a solid maintenance strategy for all plant facilities and equipment. On completion of a WPPM audit a solid plan to move forward with a qualifying contracting team will be available. During the audit all of the building services assets and service systems are thoroughly visually inspected.

After each audit, a comprehensive written evaluation in the form of an asset register is made available, and forms the basis of the maintenance strategy.
