Maintenance Audits

Maintenance audits enable our engineers to devise a solid maintenance strategy for all plant facilities and equipment. Whether or not WPPM is tendered to perform your maintenance specifications, upon completion of a WPPM audit a solid plan to move forward with a qualifying contracting team will be available.

During the audit all of the building services assets and service systems are thoroughly inspected. A partial list includes:

Boilers Cooling towers Tanks Fans Humidifiers Radiators DX units Pipework Cables Insulation Switch panels Diesel generators Electrical installations BMS control outstations Lighting installations Small power installations HVAC terminal units; fan coil units, VAV boxes, etc.

After each audit, a comprehensive written evaluation in the form of an asset register is made available, and forms the basis of the maintenance strategy.
