Templar Square Shopping Centre, Cowley, Oxford
Following on from the ongoing PPM maintenance management role WPPM provided the design and specification and project management for the replacement of the shopping centre air conditioning systems which had reached the end of the working life and were in a dilapidated condition.
WPPM´s design included for the installation of a new gas main, meter and pipework to serve the replacement 7 No. bespoke gas fired heating air-handling units, which also included DX cooling coils.
