WPPM have provided the PPM specification for the mechanical, electrical and public health services at approximately 20 properties for B&HS Management on behalf of Great Portland Estates.
WPPM undertake the monitoring and management of the portfolio and provide written reports which included key performance indicators for determining the performance of the various building services contractors over the estate.
WPPM have provided lifecycle-costing reports for the building services.
