London Portfolio - Cushman & Wakefield
This brief included the tendering of approximately 30 properties in the London area the total area for approximately 400,000 sq ft. WPPM were employed to prepare asset lists and tender documentation, which was forwarded to an agreed list of contractors for tendering.
The portfolio was split into West End and City portfolios and let to two contractors WPPM were employed throughout the whole process from inception through to the letting of the contracts at which time the client took it back under his control and carried out his own inspections/monitoring of the contractors performance.
