WPPM have provided over a period which dates back to 1996 the management of the building services at Michelin House which have included a number of retendering of the PPM specification to provide added valve to the clients and tenants alike.
The building consists of approximately 120,000 sq ft of mixed commercial, retail and restaurant accommodation. WPPM have previously provided the design and specification for the building central cooling plant. WPPM have also provided lifecycle costing and reporting alongside proposals to provide alternative air conditioning systems.
WPPM have currently provided, tendered, appointed and are monitoring the replacement of the buildings cooling towers.
