The building comprises of approximately 120,000 sq ft. of offices, with retail on the basement and lower floors, together with restaurant facilities.
Our involvement is the ongoing management of the maintenance contractor thus carrying out 6 monthly inspections and regular meetings with the contractor and client. In addition, we provide management support as and when required.
We have also been involved in proposed alternative air conditioning systems, replacement of fan coil units and the renewal of the central cooling plant.
