South Quay Plaza Estate, Docklands, London
WPPM have had an involvement with South Quay Plaza which dates back to 1998 when the PPM specification was provide for South Quay Plaza 2 following the IRA bomb damage reinstatement contract.
WPPM have provided an ongoing maintenance management role for the estate, which now numbers 3 buildings. Regular inspection reporting and client and contractor meetings are undertaken. Through WPPM role as the consultant the replacement of the cooling towers has been undertaken with dry air coolers.
WPPM have recently provided the specification for returning the vacant floors to a category A fit out standard and have worked alongside the fit out teams to ensure that the category A and B works have been undertaken to the correct standards and requirements.
