WPPM are responsible for providing the PPM specification and monitoring of the mechanical, electrical and public health services to approximately 70 properties managed by Regent Street Direct on behalf of The Crown Estate Commissionaires.

This relationship was formed in 1994 and WPPM undertake regular 6 monthly inspection audits and regular meetings with the client and contractors to discuss their performance. WPPM are responsible for undertaking and providing the Part L logbooks to the estate as well as providing the water hygiene risk assessments.

The contract also includes the provision of plant replacement services on a life cycle replacement basis. WPPM are currently involved in the specification for the PPM of the Regent Street Façade external lighting, a project which will involve liaising with landlords, tenants and public bodies to ensure that the maintenance is carried out in an approved manner with no danger to the public.
