WPPM provided the over a period which dates back to 1996 the PPM specification and monitoring of the building services contractor on a 6 monthly audit basis with regular client/contractor meetings to discuss the contractor´s performance.
WPPM have recently provided the specification and selection of energy efficient VRV air conditioning systems, to improve the internal conditions of the office accommodation, which have included the provision and construction of a new underground High Voltage transformer enclosure located within the rear car park to serve the buildings electrical loadings which had been identified as being on the limit of their capabilities before the installation of the new air conditioning systems.
