UK Portfolio - JP Morgan Chase
This project involved the tendering of 20 buildings throughout the UK, either occupied or owned by JP Morgan Chase.
WPPM´s brief was the preparation of asset registers and maintenance specifications based on asset lists provided by the client. WPPM were involved in the selection of an agreed list of contractors, the preparation of the technical specification as well as contract conditions.
The contract conditions were forwarded to JP Morgan Chase legal team, which was revised to suit their own particular requirements and the document issued to the contractors for tendering.
WPPM reviewed the tenders and prepared a tender report, which was issued to the client who eventually continued the financial discussions and the selection of the contractor for the works.
