80 Strand - Ivory Bridge Investments Partnerships
WPPM employed a resident engineer at 80 Strand (Shellmex Building) towards the end of its refurbishment.
We had an ongoing role of maintenance management with the incumbent contractor, which the new building occupiers wished to retender. We were employed to retender the maintenance and this involved the preparation of a pre-qualification document, which was forwarded to an agreed list of contractors and the short listing to the eventual contractors who tendered for the works.
We then prepared the tender documentation based on the asset list already prepared by us and a tender report. Final negotiations were carried out by the building occupier with the tenderers.
