Following on from a request by the client to undertake an inspection report of the building services maintenance contractors performance and to provide a comment on the existing 4 pipe fan coil system, which included an R22 chiller.
WPPM have provided the design and specification for the replacement of the fan coil units throughout this 7 floor property with an energy efficient VRV scheme including a new fresh air plant.
This has been achieved whilst the building was in part occupation. WPPM has provided the specification and retender and appointment of the PPM for the building services.
