WPPM actively promote the employment of graduate engineers so they can develop their careers within a modern friendly and technically challenging environment. Our diverse project base provides the appropriate vehicle for young engineers to gain experience in a wide range of building services design and develop their inter-discipline and project management skills.
As a well established firm we are able to offer engineers the environment to progress their technical knowledge whilst enabling rapid career progress. We encourage staff to keep up with progressing technologies and are keen for engineers to actively participate in their continued professional development(CPD)
The directors look to promote from within so career development opportunities exist for the right individuals. We regularly require enthusiastic engineers at all levels, particularly Chartered engineers or those seeking to achieve chartered status.
