The history of WPPM can be traced back to that of our sister company, Watkins Payne.
Watkins Payne was initially formed in 1974, specializing in the area of mechanical and electrical design services. As the business grew and expanded the partners of Watkins Payne realized that after the initial design phase there was an ongoing requirement for the maintenance of mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
To service the needs of their clients a separate division, WPPM, was formed in 1990 and the service range soon expanded to include, not only the maintenance of new installations, but the maintenance of existing infrastructure. Through the development of close working relationships with our clients our service portfolio has expanded to include mechanical and electrical, lifts, buildings, audits and surveys and the growing area of energy and its impact on the environment.
WPPM now has offices in Sunbury, the West End of London and Birmingham and a team of highly experienced Directors, Associates and Project Engineers, providing the complete range of building services management.
