Surveys

For more than 22 years WPP have been involved in the surveying of retail, commercial and industrial developments. Our engineers have an in depth knowledge of the appropriate designs necessary to satisfy the operational management and maintenance requirements for successful building service installations.

Surveys can be undertaken for a variety of reasons. Generally, inspections are carried out when a property is under consideration for purchase, is being considered for occupation by a tenant or, less frequently, when information is required during lease negotiations or at the dilapidation stage of the lease. WPP currently carries out in excess of 150 single or multi-portfolio surveys of these types per year, and can involve any type of facility including commercial properties, hotels, retail developments, or warehouses.
